Job Description

Position Summary:

Primary function is to support assigned Treasury Management Sales Officer(s) in closing new sales opportunities. This position acts as a liaison with Treasury sales staff, Product Management, and Service and Onboarding to ensure high levels of service delivery to all customers - internal and external.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Treasury Management in the development, implementation, and maintenance of products.

  • Perform product research and identify appropriate solutions for customer requirements and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with assigned Treasury Sales Officer(s) to support and develop relationships with business clients and partners.

  • Prepare analysis proformas and sales proposals for client presentations.

  • Participate on client calls and analyze client Treasury services requirements.

  • Perform risk monitoring for Treasury products and services and initiate credit and risk approvals.

  • Assist Treasury clients with product training and product demonstrations as needed.

  • Manage work of assigned Treasury Sales Officer(s) for efficient onboarding and exceptional client experience.

  • Gather data and prepare reports for Sr. Management, audit, and other department personnel.

  • Support Onboarding and Treasury Support teams as needed.

  • Track sales activities and timelines to ensure that the deliverables within onboarding project plans are met and are on-time.

  • Cross-train to perform monthly Account Analysis Billing activities including:

    • Closing out the monthly process.

    • Beginning a new analysis month.

    • Generating Analysis results and reporting to Management.

    • Creating statement files.

    • Managing third party vendor billing files.

    • Preparing "what if" calculations and pricing impact reporting.

    • Providing Product Profitability reporting to Product Managers.

  • Administer work according to internal and external policies and procedures of the bank.

  • Support organizational growth.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or (GED) required.

  • Two to four years’ experience in high level customer service environment.

  • Bank operations experience desirable.

Skills & Abilities Required

  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and good planning and organization skills.

  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Technical expertise is preferred.
