Position Summary: This role strives to be a partner to several business leaders and end-users to significantly improve business process, efficiency, revenue growth, and quality through Salesforce solutions. The role is responsible for becoming the SME of the business processes assigned to document and track Salesforce solutions to delivery, and successful adoption of the solutions.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, training support, and post deployment support.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, and assist in providing training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients

  • Utilize and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements

  • Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements

  • Analyze and consolidate information to assist in developing solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts

  • Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes

  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories

  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

  • Interact with third party vendors and developers to define system requirements

  • Assist in creating acceptance criteria and test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met

  • Facilitate workshops and maintain system processes and procedures

  • Provide support to junior associates

Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience as a business analyst supporting Salesforce implementations

  • Experience with Lightning versions, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud preferred

  • Extensive experience in agile methodologies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, eg. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook

  • Extensive experience documenting and presenting visualizations that describe complex processes

  • Salesforce Certifications and/or relevant Salesforce training preferred

  • Experience in Financial Services nice to have

  • Experience using Devops tools, Azure Devops experience nice to have
