Job Description

Position Summary:

The Office Attendant position is responsible for providing daily coffee service, kitchen organization and cleanliness, and general office assistance at TBK Bank’s Headquarters. This position will also perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and office support functions. A successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible and excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Headquarters Attendant (80%):

    • Daily set-up of coffee and tea in all kitchens each morning by 8:00am

    • Maintain office, kitchens, and conference room inventory, including fresh fruit, snacks, water, and soft drinks

    • Clean kitchens, organize office common areas and refresh and clean refrigerators

    • Help coordinate meals and snacks for various meetings and office events

    • Purchase fruit, snacks and supplies for the Dallas office

    • Run errands, as needed, for executives and departments (Note: These errands will require the use of personal vehicle; reimbursement for qualified expenses will be provided, per the Bank’s expense policy.)

  • Front Desk/Office Administration (20%):

    • Serve as primary back-up and coverage for the Corporate Receptionist

    • Provide assistance to bank executives and departments with projects and various duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ customer service experience in hospitality, kitchen/dining services

  • Experience with general office administrative tasks (MS Office experience preferred)

  • High school diploma

  • Must possess valid Texas driver’s license

  • Personal auto insurance coverage is required

  • Must have clean driving record for the past 5 years
