Position Summary

This role involves collaborating with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and business unit marketing teams to enhance digital experiences across brand websites in the enterprise portfolio. Responsibilities include guiding design processes, overseeing production, developing measurement frameworks, and managing ongoing optimizations. The Digital Experience Specialist will work closely with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website.

  • Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

  • Management of content across all brand websites.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.

  • Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular audits.

  • Regularly improving the user experience of the website.

  • Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

  • Support brand leads in the creation and execution of digital strategies spanning enterprise website portfolio.

  • Execution of content strategies tightly aligned to customer insights & data.

  • Work closely with Content Producers and Brand teams to manage the content lifecycle.

  • Identify areas of opportunity to optimize brand websites from a technical SEO perspective.

  • Analyze and report on SEO performance of all websites. 

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a website manager for an enterprise with multiple brands.  

  • HTML and/or CSS knowledge

  • Experience in a banking/financial services/commercial finance environment preferred or equivalent experience in similar environment.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape as well as marketing automation best practices.

  • Advertising or digital ad agency experience a plus

Skills & Abilities Required

  • Strategic Knowledge and Professional Abilities

  • Comfortable with web design, user experience strategies, information architecture, and navigation structures.

  • Experience managing search engine optimization strategy.

  • Knowledge of B2B and consumer marketing strategies and web landing page best practices.

  • Understanding of A/B testing including execution and analysis of results, and ability to make web page optimizations based on analytics data.

  • Operationally savvy and able to manage workstreams, timelines, and processes.

  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or experience with similar project tracking/ticketing software a plus.

  • Build partnerships to proactively collaborate on goals, objectives, programs, and initiatives that promote brand image, community, products & services, and employer recognition. This may include any of the above that cut across the organization to keep team members informed.

  • Team player with a strong work ethic. Demonstrates considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment with ability to build/maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

  • High level of maturity and stability with an "optimistic" approach.

  • A self-starter able to be both entrepreneurial and strategic in approach with hands-on experience.
