Summary:

Join a team whose culture embraces the company’s vision of #helpingpeopletriumph.  The Card Services Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the card services department within the organization.  This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of card-related transactions, the administration of the various programs involving Debit cards, instant issue cards and Temporary card.  The Card Services Supervisor will manage a team of card services specialists as well as the overall effectiveness of the team.  This position contributes to the overall success of the team and the company by leading by example. 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Debit card processes and technology  

  • One to three years related experience in a card services or banking operations role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiasm and motivation to do the job with excellence

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, training and guidance to a team of card services specialist

  • Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback to team members

  • Oversee the processing of card transactions for all debit cards products

  • Stay abreast of new and updated resources by attending training sessions like MasterCard Academy

  • Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to established policies and procedures

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency

  • Manage card inventory levels

  • Build strong relationships with internal customers while providing exceptional customer service; addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, including transaction volumes, error rates, and customer satisfaction scores

  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and process improvement initiatives
