AVP, Treasury Management Sales Officer
Job Description
We are looking for a high energy Treasury Management Sales Officer will be based in our Dallas, TX headquarters and is responsible for collaborating with assigned commercial relationship managers and business development officers, or working individually to successfully sell the Bank’s deposit, and Treasury Management services to both existing and prospective customers. Meeting or exceeding annual deposit and fee goals, sustaining customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of community banking relationship management, and customer service.
In this role customer prospects will be contacted in an effort to develop new TM business. Additionally, you will manage existing relationships to ensure a high level of servicing, and to expand existing business. You'll prepare sales presentations, effectively explain services offered, and recommend services that may benefit customer, while seeking opportunities to cross-sell other products and services.

A Day In The Life:
Call on new and existing customers to sell Treasury services.
Work independently, and with assigned RM/BDO’s to increase fees and deposits.
Review TM portfolio to identify deposit opportunities.
Cross-sell to other lines of business.
Perform annual customer reviews and assist with departmental reporting.
Assist in the development of content for marketing.
Serve as subject matter expert for Treasury Management products and services
Adhere to all compliances requirements and complete quarterly training.
Respectfully engage in professional relationships, both internally and externally to be an effective team member.
Well versed in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and Excel.
Ability to control difficult situation in a professional manner.
Possess time management skills with the ability to work independently.
To succeed in this role, we hope you bring:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) required.
5 to 7 years of banking or financial industry experience preferred with a high-level of Treasury Management product knowledge.
